Drew Ponder, Director of Construction & Facilities, sat down to share insight on what makes BRG growth plans successful. He stated, “BRG is uniquely equipped to expand its footprint with development and new construction. Our VP of Infrastructure, Tyler Lance, is a licensed contractor. With the help of Bobby Webb, site supervisor, and our entire in-house facilities and maintenance teams, we are able to run our own projects from start to finish.”

Drew also stressed the importance of our relationships with the architectural and engineering teams, and local site subcontractors. These relationships have helped us “surround ourselves with excellent professionals in every field” to, simply put, “build better buildings.”
